User Agreement

This User Agreement sets forth how 12331845 Canada Inc., owner of the platform Pill0 (the terms “Pill0,” “we,” “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy shall include any of 12331845 Canada Inc., its directors, officers, shareholders, employees or other representatives) the conditions under which you agree to create an account on Pill0’s platform (the “Website”). The use of our services by the user (the “User,” “you,” “your,” or “yours”) are conditional to the acceptance by the User of the present User Agreement.
Pill0 is a data-driven personalized female healthcare information platform. Pill0 provides relevant information to women based on their health history and based on crowdsourced information which allows registered members to share information and experiences about their medical experiences with contraceptives through organized surveys that get analyzed into general and more specified insights. Our proprietary algorithm identifies contraceptive options based on an individual’s typical predicted side effect profile and medical history (the “Services”). Pill0 does not, in any way whatsoever, provide medical advice to its users and does not intend to do so.
The creation of an account on our Website is also subject to your compliance with and acceptance of Pill0’s Privacy Policy and Pill0’s Terms of Use.
By creating an account on the Website and by accepting to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement, you also expressly agree to be bound by the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Pill0 and you agree that your personal information will be collected, stored, used and shared in the way provided in the Privacy Policy.
1. Creation of an account
In order to access and use certain features of the Website you may be required to register an account (the “Account”) through the Website. When you register or update an Account, you will be required to provide us with certain personal information, which may include your name, e-mail address, date of birth, medication and prescription information, information regarding allergies, medical history, selected user name and password (the “Login Information”), and to grant express consent to Pill0 to contact you through the e-mail address provided. This Login Information will be retained and used by Pill0 in accordance with our Privacy Policy . You agree that all Login Information provided by you will be accurate and complete and that you will promptly update such Login Information if and when it changes.
2. Protection of your account
You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your Login Information, and for restricting access to your computer, device or media system platform, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account. You are not permitted to share your Account or Login Information or to allow any other person to access to your Account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your Login Information or your Account, or any other security breach involving your Account(s) or the Website or Services at jaclynhearnden@pill0.com. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access of your Account(s) or Login Information even if you have advised us of such. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not such activities have been authorized by you. Pill0 strives to ensure the security of Users’ data and Accounts, however, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not circumvent our security measures.
3. Accessing your Account(s)
Each time that you log into and access an Account, you represent and warrant that:
you are the person who registered the Account;
all of the personal information registered in connection with the Account is current, complete and accurate;
you are accessing the Website and using the Services solely for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms of Use;
you are accessing the Site or Services solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes;
you are not, and are not acting on behalf of, any competitor or prospective competitor of Pill0 or its affiliates or subsidiaries;
you are not accessing the Site or Services for the purposes of any dispute or litigation involving Pill0 ; and
you are not accessing the Site or Services for any illegal purpose or to advertise, solicit or communicate with other users for any commercial purpose.
4. Accuracy of information
You understand the information provided to Pill0 will be used to improve and train Pill0’s proprietary algorithm. Therefore, you undertake to advise Pill0 if you ever provide false information in order to “test” the algorithm so that this information can be excluded from Pill0’s data set.
5. How it works
Once you have created your account and filled out the survey, you will receive at the email address you provided a customized report exposing the different side effect which you may experience with different contraceptives, based on the information you provided. The report will be sent to you within 24 hours of completing the survey.
6. Price
The Services are provided free of charge and in no event Pill0 will require any payment for providing the Services.
